Calming Chamomile Tincture

Chamomile has many benefits. It's most commonly known for it's soothing effects on many areas of the body. We love it for soothing icky tummies and for occasional head aches.

Chamomile also has anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties. It may also ease tension caused by stress and anxiety. A wonderful sleep aid for occasional restlessness.

Our family has been enjoying this tincture for many years. It is definitely the most widely used extract in our home.

My extract brews for a minimum of 8 weeks, longer when possible. It is made with love and shaken vigorously once per week to extract the maximum Chamomile goodness!

Made with purified water, ETOH, and organic chamomile flowers. Adults: take 1 to 4 droppers as needed. Children over 2: take 1/4 to 1 dropper as needed. Please do your own research when using this product on Children under 2 years old.
